This privacy policy applies to this website which is operated
by the American Self Defense Institute (("ASDI") under the
domain name
www.americanselfdefense.com ("ASDI Website"). ASDI
understands and appreciates how important it is to safeguard
your privacy and the
confidentiality of information which we may gain about you
on-line. ASDI is committed to protecting your privacy. This
privacy statement
explains how any personal information you may provide will be
treated as you access and interact with the ASDI Website.
Collection of Personal Information
Generally, ASDI does not collect personal information about
you. The exception to this is if you expressly and knowingly
provided personal
information to us; such as when you join for membership. When
you do provide us with personal
information, it will be held in strict confidence. In
addition, if you visit the ASDI
Website to read, browse or download information, we may record
the date and time of your visit to the site and your Internet

information is used to monitor our website's performance. It
cannot be used to identify you personally and you remain
anonymous at all

religious or
philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, or details of

We do not sell your email to 3rd parties. You may opt-in
and opt-out of all all newsletters by the instructions provided

between ASDI and you and the information would not be

information, we will provide you with reasons for our
decision. If you believe that the

inaccurate, incomplete or not up-to-date but ASDI does not
agree with you, we will post
a statement of your claim where the information is kept and
accessed.
Changes to Privacy Policy
ASDI reserves the right to change this privacy policy at any
time by publishing the varied privacy policy on the ASDI
Website. A revised
privacy policy will only apply to data collected subsequent to
its effective date. You accept that by doing this, ASDI has
provided you with
sufficient notice of the variation.
