An exception is where you access a third party website from the ASDI Website. In that case, cookie information and information about your preferences or other information that you provide about yourself may be shared between the person hosting that third party website and the ASDI Website. Third party websites should contain their own privacy statements and those third parties are responsible for informing you about their own privacy practices.

Disclosure of Personal Information

Any personal information you provide to ASDI is strictly confidential. ASDI will not reveal, disclose, sell, distribute, rent, license, share or pass that information on to any third parties, other than those who are:

- related bodies corporate of ASDI;

We may disclose the personal information, other information or data we collect from you for the purposes specified to you at the time of collection or for another purpose if:

If ASDI does not allow you to access your personal information, we will provide you with reasons for our decision. If you believe that the personal information we collect, use or disclose is inaccurate, incomplete or not up-to-date but ASDI does not agree with you, we will post a statement of your claim where the information is kept and accessed.
